Can you get free counselling related to relationship problems on NHS?
I am going through a very hard time reagrding my ex boyfriend who broke up with me but is still in my life affecting me in a very bad ways. Is it possible to talk to GP and get referred for a free counselling for this case or do they find relationship/break up problems too trivial? I feel like I really need to talk to someone and my friends believe I may need to but I cannot afford a private therapist. Anyone knows the answer?
Apparently you can – heard it on the radio this morning.
You can’t get cancer drugs and stuff like that because of lack of funding but you can get counselling. Absolutely wonderful.
